Leewathanawat Industrial Company Limited provides ANODIZE, HARD ANODIZED, and CLEAR ANODIZED coating services. Coating options include various surface finishes, polished surfaces, and colors such as black, red, green, blue, purple, and many more. We also offer preparatory surface treatments before the coating process, such as polishing, sandblasting, cat fur pattern engraving, and laser-engraved logos on aluminum surfaces
Our company, Leewathanawat Industrial Limited, possesses expertise and has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the field of Anodize coating. We offer a wide range of services that cater to every customer’s requirement. Each piece of work produced by our company undergoes quality checks, color matching, and measurement of micron thickness, conducted by our highly skilled and experienced Quality Control (QC) team. We have the ability to develop new color shades according to the specific needs of our customers, ensuring that each customer receives products that align perfectly with their requirements.

Quality controlling and tools
Products manufactured by Leewathanawat Industrial Limited undergo quality checks by our experienced and skilled Quality Control (QC) team. Therefore, all our customers can trust and be assured that the received work will be of high quality and meet their requirements. Additionally, we provide consistent and timely services.
1) For ANODIZE and HARD ANODIZE coatings, customers should be aware that the color and surface of the workpieces depend on the raw materials and the original workpiece surface. Especially, in the case of old or irregular-surfaced pieces, the color of the workpieces may vary.
2) Our company uses aluminum 6063 as the base material for color coating.
3) We offer surface preparation services including polishing, sandblasting, and engraving. If customers require these services, please inform us before the coating process.
4) Once the workpieces have undergone coating or surface preparation, our service is considered complete. Upon receiving full payment, we will deliver the workpieces within 1-3 days.
5) In the case of small-sized workpieces, there is a possibility of them getting lost or damaged in the coating tank, with a loss percentage of at least 3% or as agreed upon.
